When purchasing a virtual color analysis session, you’ll be directed to an online form where you’ll submit photos of yourself along with some information.Once we receive your submission, your photos will be analyzed using color analysis checks to determine your seasonal color palette.

You can expect to receive your personalized color analysis report within 30 days from the date of submission. This comprehensive report will guide you on which colors complement your natural coloring best.

Yes! In-person sessions are available. You can click “Book Now” on the homepage to check availability and request your preferred date and time. Your appointment will be held once you check out with your selected package in your cart.

Absolutely! Color analysis sessions make wonderful gifts for friends and loved ones who are interested in exploring their personal color palette and enhancing their style.

Sessions are fully transferable, so you can check out as usual with the desired package. If you’re purchasing it as a gift, please let me know after checkout—I’ll prepare a branded gift voucher for you to give to the recipient.

For virtual sessions, to redeem the recipient would go through the regular checkout process and add their gift card as the method of payment.

Yes, you absolutely can!

When you purchase a virtual colour analysis, you will be directed to fill out a form. 

You can read through the form to see what you’ll need to submit and come back to it when you are ready.  Please keep in mind that the form will not save your progress, so it’s best to come back when you are ready with everything to submit.

After your color analysis session, you will receive a comprehensive personalized report detailing your seasonal color palette. 

The level of detail included with be dependant on which package you selected and paid for.

Your report will include detailed information on which colors best complement your natural coloring and a full digital palette. You will receive a quick reference sheet that you can take with you while shopping, making it easier to select clothing and accessories that suit your color palette. 

As a bonus, you will also receive digital files of your color palette and a specially designed Zoom background, allowing you to infuse your newfound colors into both your physical and virtual environments effortlessly.

No, your colour analysis is based on the undertone of your skin, eyes and hair (with focus to the skin) and is based in your genetics.  It will remain consistent throughout your lifetime.  Your colour analysis results are a lifelong investment in your personal style.

No, colour analysis assesses the underlying qualities of the skin and overtone factors will not impact your result.

I primarily work out of my home studio in Fernwood, Victoria, which is carefully set up with professional lighting and equipment to ensure the most accurate colour analysis results. Because lighting and environmental control are so important in this process, I generally recommend clients come to the studio whenever possible.

That said, I understand that travel isn’t always feasible. For group bookings or special circumstances, I may be able to come to your location. Please reach out to discuss the details, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate your request.
