I'm Kayla Polet, the founder of Prismatic Style.  I'm trained in Seasonal Colour Analysis with the International Image Institute.  I am completely enamoured with colour analysis and decided to become a consultant myself.

 

Let me rewind a bit and take you on the journey that led to the birth of Prismatic Style. Picture this: I'm a mom of two adorable munchkins, knee-deep in the whirlwind of postpartum. Amidst the sleepless nights and endless diaper changes, I found myself craving a slice of my old sparkle, a glimmer of my former self.

I practically lived in a grayscale wardrobe, convinced that was my aesthetic. But little did I know, I was simply camouflaging my true essence beneath layers of doubt and low self-esteem. Enter seasonal colour analysis.

 

Fast forward to my virtual colour analysis session, where I discovered that I was a True Spring - a palette with no grays and blacks but all bright, warm tints.

 

Now, I'll be honest with you - at first I was a tad skeptical. Me, embracing bright, vibrant hues? But I was fully committed to trusting the process and as I started experimenting with these newfound colours, something magical happened. I began to shed the cloak of invisibility I'd been hiding behind and stepped into a vibrant world of self-expression.

Wearing my True Spring colours wasn't just about looking good; it was about feeling authentically me. With each splash of colour, my confidence blossomed, and I felt a renewed sense of empowerment. And that, my friends, is where Prismatic Style was born.
